We (as in my wife and I) have a spare bedroom for which we would like an occupant. There is a separate bathroom for the prospective roommate to use.
The unit is located conveniently close to campus and also lots of take out joints are located nearby.
I am currently paying 1300$ per month.
PS : My wife has a meat allergy so it would be very awesome if we could keep meat out of the kitchen.
